On a cool and clear autumn day I take a short hike around Loch Faskally in the town of Pitlochry Scotland in the Highlands. The 2 mile walk is a good way to work up an appitite and then you can find a bite to eat either at the Boat Station or go into the town to one of the many cafe's for something.
Bruar Falls Trail - Perthshire Scotland [02:39]
Take a hike with me up the Falls of Bruar Trail in back of the House of Bruar Shopping Center. The trail is near the town of Blair Atholl in the Scottish Highlands. The walk is about 1/2 mile of uphill walking and includes two stone bridges. The sights are beautiful!

Panoramic mountain view on the summit top of Ben Nevis, Scotland near Fort William in the Scottish Highlands National Park. Hike was in June 2011 and took 6 hours. It was strange to walk and climb through so much snow when the surrounding mountains had none. The old weather station observatory still stands but now looking quite battered by the elements. This is UK's largest mountain climbing 4409 feet.
