Vlog: Joshi goes to the Wind Farm

One breezy day recently I took a trip out to Whitelee Wind Farm, just south of Glasgow, Scotland. It's a pleasant place to walk across the moors with the wind turbines rotating gracefully. You can also learn about wind energy at the visitor centre and did I fail to mention there is also a nice coffee shop? It's certainly a pleasant afternoon out if you like the outdoors and want to go for a bike ride or take the dog for a walk. Wind-generated electricity is one of Scotland's many contributions to the world, and Scottish technological innovation is definitely something to marvel at. When you come, don't just visit what is known as the "Shortbread (tin) Scotland" - visit some of out engineering marvels and learn about Scotland as it is TODAY!
