No Harry Potter in Gaelic yet –
    Time to complain.

Last year Bloomsbury the publishers of the Harry Potter series announced their intention to bring out "Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone" in Gàidhlig since then, however, things have slipped a bit and the publishers no longer have a date for publication, you can read the full story here.
    http://www.cnag.org.uk/potter.htm

So please support Gàidhlig by complaining to JK Rowling and telling her that you would like to see a Gàidhlig version published – snail mail address or e-mail.
Quote from http://www.jkrowling.com website (it's in the link section):
"Christopher Little Litererary Agency represents JK Rowling on a worldwide basis and with repect to all media...

    Christopher Little Litererary Agency
    Eel Brook Studio
    125 Moore Park Road
    London
    SW6 4PS

    info@christopherlittle.net

    And of course the publishers.
    csm@bloomsbury.com

Please post this appeal on any other sites you think would be supportive.

    Thanks, gaelic/gàidhlig needs your support

I would be interested in some literature of Scotland on the language. Do you know where this is available, perhaps on the internet? Please let me know. Thanks.

(Two can play at George Orwell quotes)
"In this country I don’t think it is enough realized—I myself had no idea of it until a few years ago—that Scotland has a case against England."
