    Here are some additional tips to help support healthy blood pressure and cholesterol levels:

    * Get moving! Exercise gets your blood pumping and keeps your arteries and veins elastic. Walking, yoga, and swimming are suggestions, but you can do any type of exercise that really works your heart---30 minutes a day, 5 days a week is a goal to aim for.

    * Reduce stress, which adversly affects blood pressure. Try deep breathing, journaling, yoga, biofeedback, visualizations, affirmations, counseling, or anything that helps relax you.

    * Drink green tea, which can help support healthy heart and cholesterol levels, thanks to polyphenols---compounds rich in antioxidant properties. Green tea also contains high amounts of vitamins C and E, both of which have heart-friendly properties.
