    I'm getting very interested in coconut oil and am wondering if anyone else has cooked with it much? Have been researching it and am quite impressed.

    We had probably one of the healthiest breakfasts we've ever had this morning... fresh whole grain bread (from our own milled flour) made into french toast with designer (DHA) eggs, organic milk, and a sprinkle of flax seed meal, fried in coconut oil. And - it was probably one of the most delicious breakfasts we've ever had, too!
