    Oleic acid---a healthy monosaturated fat found in olive oil may help disarm a gene that prompts breast cancer cells to grow and divide, a recent study revealed. Add this heart-friendly fat to your diet by sauteing veggies and other food in olive oil instead of butter. Choose an olive oil-based dressing for salads, too.

Exercise had both long-term and short-term beneficial effects on the brain, according to research. Recent studies have revealed how exercise can enhance the function of certain brain regions associated with memory, such as the hippocampus.
