    Eating fish as infreguently as once per month may still be enough to ptovide some health benefits.

    Although eating fish once per week will confer optimum RealAge benefits, if you're not fond of fish, putting it on the menu only once per month will still improve your health. In one study, a reduced risk of stsroke was observed inpeople who consumed fish as few as 1 to 3 times per month.
