  • The Bees Knees

Trading in that spoonful of sugar for a squeeze of honey could help boost your antioxident intake. Research shows that honey may be a good source of disease-fighting antioxidents. Of the seven honeys tested in a study, the darkest-colored honeys, such as buckwheat honey, tended tobe the richest source of dietary antioxidents. Use it instead of sugar to sweeten cereal, toast, or tea.

My mum used to say we were having bees knees and vinegar for supper.

Weetabix is my favourite breakfast too like to have raspberries or blueberries on top, heat them in the microwave before adding to weetabix and milk and it is yummy.
