I've been fascinated by it for years but for some strange reason never really tried it. This morning i got up to exercise, and we have a "Fitness Channel" here... nothing but exercise programs in the morning. This morning each of the usual shows were featuring Yoga so i've been giving it a try and would like to do more. I used to have a boyfriend who did Yoga... he was built like a Chippendale model!... Yoga may look like it's only for stretching, but it can build strength too!

Anyone here do Yoga? How long have you practiced it? Can you recommend a good website or two?
