Having a lean turkey or tuna sandwich for lunch may help protect your prostate.

Studies have revealed that high blood levels of selenium may be protective against advanced prostate cancer. Turkey has about 25 micrograms of selenium per jalf cup. Canned tuna ha about 65 micrograms per 3-ounce serving/ Just keep the sandwich lean by chosing low-fat or nonfat mayo.

Selenium has lots of beneficial effects, like reducing the effects of ageing, because it's an antioxidant which destroys "free radicals" that cause a deterioration of body tissue.Shellfish and Brazil nuts are also a good source of selenium.I also read that it's supposed to increase male fertility.

WOOHOO!! That's good...have there been any definitive tests for that? (I don't know how serious I am about that...but, really, that is good news for families...)
