    To get my children to try a new food, I tell them to take one bite to see if their mouth likes it, one bite to see if their stomach likes it, and a third bite to see if they agree. By that point they've eaten enough for a serving!

    After School Snack

    For an easy after-school snack, let the kids dip strawberries into lowfat chocolate pudding, then chopped nuts.
