Tour Scotland video of Ward Chapel known as the Cathedral Of Congregationalism in Scotland. This Scottish church was designed by the architect James Brewster and opened in 1833. The building is unusually ambitious for its date and has been associated with many influential families of the Dundee area who have worshipped here. The Isle of Rum is possibly the most beautiful island in Scotland. There are few places I know of in Scotland where it is possible to see large parts of the Inner Hebrides, the Outer Hebrides and the western mainland. This panorama is at the start of the Barkeval ridge at about 570 metres' altitude. 10th August 2012. For the benefit of aesthetics I can upload an unannotated version by request!

My love affair with Scotland goes all the way back to the days I was a wee tearaway boy - and has stayed with me ever since. Though these days, mummy doesnt need to know I'm going off into the wilderness! For me, theres no place more beautiful on this earth and this 7 day adventure show cases the very best of the Scottish landscape, history and legacy. I still cant believe we fitted all this in just 7 days! I really needed a break to recover! Featuring: the worlds only scheduled flight to land on a beach (Barra) and my very first car crash! (yes, this really was caught on video!)

Scotland - Western Isles & West Coast Cycle Tour 2012 (The Return) [14:22]
After last year's amazing cycle tour of the Western Isles & West Coast I decided to return one year on. Slightly modified trip from last year but again starting and finishing in Oban. Tour visited Barra, Vatersay, Mingulay, Eriskay, South Uist, Benbecula, North Uist, Berneray, Harris,, Lewis, St Kilda, Skye and Mull. Highlights included visiting St Kilda, climbing Clisham on Harris and the weather...amazingly it only rained once in two weeks :).
