the UKs highest waterfall, with a sheer drop of 658 ft (200 m). 29/02/2012 grid reference NC281278 I dont know why i turned the camera on its side, it seemed like a good idea at the time. Not the easiest place to get to. be prepared for sore feet. the view from the top is impressive but take care as the peat is treacherous and the rock slippery. descending requires a little concentration too!

Closest point from Scotland, Mull of Kintyre. From the Murlough Bay, on the left handside, you can see Rathlin Island, and Scotland again : Islay and Jura... "Smells like Scotch Spirit?" hmmmm...

Loch Nam Faoileag and Ben Nuis, Arran, Scotland [00:23]
Hiking across the high plain that runs across the island of Arran has its moments. I was expecting to refill my water bottles at this loch but when I got there, the sun had dried most of it up and all that remained was peat bog water. I had to break out the Katadyn filter and process some of that to fill the bottles.
