In July 2012, my father and I travelled across the Atlantic ocean to Scotland to retrace our lineage (Anderson). We spent four days exploring Edinburgh, then travelled to Aberdeen, Inverness, Fort William and Glasgow. Our journey lasted two weeks. Enjoy!!

PICTURES OF TRIP FROM BUCKIE SCOTLAND OUT TO ST. KILDA WITH ALFIE CHEYNE [08:40]
This is pictures put together of a beautiful and stunning trip with the vessel GEMINI EXPLORER starting out from Buckie in the northern part of scotland, sailing up and through the celedonian canal, through Lochness and coming out on the westcoast of scotland. The trip whent from there a bit south, turned around and whent all the way up to the hebrides, out to the outer hebrides and after that heading to St. Kilda in the Atlantic ocean. Some photos from the island and some from the trip itself. Idea for the trip, organizing and all the rest was done by ALFIE CHEYNE who was along on the trip and invited me to joint it. Thank You for a nice time, will keep it in my memory and hereby share it with other as well.

Scotland, May 2010 tour [25:13]
This video has been a long time in coming. I am the laziest updater ever. Before I even knew I was graduating (and why would I not? scoffed I... slightly doubtfully), I decided to go on a self-congratulating solo trip to Scotland. Why Scotland, you ask? Why not the Caribbean, or Jamaica, or Hawaii, like everyone else? Scotland is such a BORING country, you might say. Well, I'd had a fascination for all things Celtic for a long time. History, mythology, battle grounds, you name it, I'd touched upon it and wanted more. Plus, I didn't want to trod the well-travelled path. So, my decision was made, and I said goodbye to Montreal and hello to Glasgow and the rest of Scotland in mid-May of 2010, ready for two weeks of adventure across Lowlands and Highlands... with old folks (well, myself and two other girls apart). Which was the best decision I ever made, seeing as tours for older folk are infinitely more relaxed and peaceful than the one "young" tour I experienced the following year. When I go to a foreign country, I generally want to experience the history, the culture and the beauty of the place rather than the parties. Besides that, old people are rather fascinating and colourful. No dull moments, I swear.
