A fake food show we created as part of my FMS9D7 'Television Feature Production' course at the University of Stirling. We think this was a marked improvement over our previous 'My Trip' effort. It also features me as a presenter, and the legendary return of Collett Salvona. Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival 2011 [03:43]
Giving a little bit of flavour of what the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival is all about! Featuring original music composed by Colin Steele (thanks at the end of the video). Now in it's 34th year, the Edinburgh Jazz & Blues Festival is the biggest of its kind in Scotland, taking in all sounds and styles of jazz, blues, soul, latin, hip-hop and everything in between. Kicking off with the spectacular Mardi Gras in the Old Town's Grassmarket, the festival showcases some of the most spectacular talent from across the globe. The week long Festival in the last week of July gets the Edinburgh festival season - the largest of its kind in the world - started with a suitable bang!

Edinburgh for rebels [04:21]
Kristin, Kaleen, Rob, and I went on a trip to Edinburgh to have a more in depth experience. We checked out the National Museum of Scotland. We got a great puller pork sandwich as Oink, a raspberry crepe from a truck at the Grassmarket, and we went to Illegal Jack's for a Tex Mex treat. Finally we went to the most beautifully placed playground in the world- right below the Edinburgh Castle.
