Carneddans Wood is a small forest in the Kilpatrick Hills approximately one mile east of the Jaw Reservoir. It can be seen from many locations in and around Clydebank and Glasgow. To accompany this video, I have used two of my own music tracks which I have composed and produced myself. Firstly "Andromeda" followed by "To Everything That Was". So please join us on our hike to Carneddans Wood on a mild but cloudy day in February 2012.

Kilpatrick Hills in Winter [02:50]
The Kilpatrick Hills north of Clydebank, Scotland in winter 2011. We begin our journey at the Grey Mare's Tail waterfall on the route to the Jaw reservoir. Then we go on up the hill to take in tranquil views of the reservoir itself. From here we go to Hanging Stone Wood north of the Muirhouses and enjoy views of distant Clydebank and Glasgow. Our journey takes us along Craigmore to Carneddans Wood and then we head back in the direction of Cochno Road to conclude our hike. All of this is enjoyed in the majestic snowfall of December 2011.
