Colin McLachlan, my fourth great grand-father, was born here in 1750. He was the only son of Duncan, a tailor. He came to America in 1776 with the Black Watch and subsequently joined Moses Hazen's "Congress' Own" Regiment of the American Continental Army and fought in the battles of Brandywine, Germantown and Yorktown. He died in 1831 at West Fallowfield, Chester county, Pennsylvania. The audio was recorded on May 21, 1996. Max AM 1548 Khz Edinburgh, Scotland 2000 watts (recorded locally). I do not know who the vocalist is or the name of the song.
