Gates Leslie House Fife Scotland [00:34]
Tour Scotland video of the gates to Leslie House on visit to Leslie, Fife. Leslie House was built for the Duke of Rothes between 1667 and 1674 and this became the seat of the Rothes family. The house which was dubbed Villa De Rothes was the centre of life in the village and once rivaled Holyrood Palace for both size and glamour. When a fire destroyed the building in 1763, the north, east and south wings were demolished. Only the west wing was retained and this was reconstructed between 1745 and 1747. In 1919 the house was acquired by Sir Robert Spencer Nairn who, as he saw the advancing development of Glenrothes, gave it to the Church of Scotland in 1952 for use as an Eventide Home. Following purchase from the Church of Scotland in 2005, Sundial Properties plan to restore the building and convert it into 17 luxury flats, with 12 detatched homes within the grounds. A fire in 2009 put a halt to the renovation.
Stanley Cotton Mills - Historic Site in Perthshire Scotland [02:30]
This is a short video of the historic Stanley Cotton Mill facilities in the town of Stanley, Perthshire Scotland. The mill was basically abandoned as better methods of milling cotton and more recently the historic and development potential was realized. Many of the old mill buildings are being renovated and turned into flats and apartments. However, a portion has been set aside as a historical site and some of the machinery is still in place.

Abandoned Curriehill Primary School - Currie, Edinburgh Scotland [06:39]
New edited version with more footage. I heard this might be getting demolished or turned into some modern ugly flats, so I think it was important to get more footage. Annoying it now has been fitted with an automated voice alarm as you can hear which is probably quite good for any one breaking in trying to steal or set fire, security seem quite fast response as there was a van parked outside just in time for us getting to hell away. So apologies for shaky footage as it was impossible to spend any length of time so I ran round the building asoon as the alarm went off to get as much footage as possible
