Tour Scotland video of the gravestone of Greyfriars Bobby, the famous Skye Terrier in Edinburgh. A red granite stone was erected on Bobby's grave by The Dog Aid Society of Scotland, and unveiled by the Duke of Gloucester on 13 May 1981.

Tour Scotland video of Greyfriars Bobby, the famous Skye Terrier Statue in Edinburgh. This Scottish dog who became known in 19th century Edinburgh for spending 14 years guarding the grave of his owner, John Gray, known as Auld Jock, until he died himself on 14th January 1872. A year later, Lady Burdett-Coutts had a statue and fountain erected at the southern end of the George IV Bridge to commemorate him.

Sue's sabbatical 2012 takes her north in the UK to Edinburgh, where beautiful sooty buildings of old, a graveyard, castle and school that JK Rowling viewed as she wrote her famous series, and rowdy drinkers singing in the streets at 3AM charmed her. Izzy's walking tour helped round out the historical stories, including that of Bobby the faithful dog. Scotland was full of laughter and a taste of haggis.

Well it's off to Scotland. The group says goodbye to London and embarks onto destination number 3 on their adventure. They ride the train, see some native americans (duh what else would you expect in Scotland) and get a tour of the town.
