MODEL RAIL SCOTLAND (PART 9) [04:37]
In this part we look at 3 more layouts. Choates Lane, Hyndford & Portchullin. Choates Lane owners i'd like thank in assisting in the shots for filming & showing me round the layout. Set in either east london's industrial area or an industrial area on mainland europe (depending what stock is running). Full length Eurostars are seen running here. Hyndford is set in the Scottish SPT area & a couple of 156's & a 66 are seen here. Portchullin set some where in the highlands, takes us back to BR blue era. The layout has many detailed buildings & great weathering etc. A credit to the layouts builders. In the next part we take a brief look at Bachmann's stand & it's eagerly awaited Blue Pullmann DMU, plus more layouts. Coming next......

BACHMANN BLUE PULLMAN (Model Rail Scotland 2012 pt10) [04:27]
In this part we take a look at Bachmann's forthcoming Blue Pullman model in OO scale. 1st we see it as unpainted demo model, followed by a brief look at some other new items from Bachmann. We then take another look at the Blue Pullman, but as the painted version with full yellow ends. I think though the original full blue front end version may be the most popular seller, when it goes on sale later this year (later this year hopefully!!). The view of the painted version was taken at Railfest this week, not at Model Scotland. For the last part of this video, we take a look at a DCC layout Devilla Colliery, with DCC sounds a plenty. MODEL RAIL SCOTLAND 2012 (part 11) [04:55]
In this the 2nd to last part of this series, we take a look at some more layouts from this years show. The layouts this time are: Rosebank Junction, a OO gauge BR transition period layout. Grangemouth again set sometime during the transition period of BR. To finish off, we had back to 1944 & WW2 & the build up to D-Day, Rowlands Castle. This superb layout has stunning details & modelling to a very high standard. The final part of this series to follow next...

In this part we take a look at 3 more layouts: Kylestone, a modern image layout. Dreich, a O guage steam era layout. And Gala water, a N gauge layout modelled on the Waverly route. More to follow in part 5.

In this part we look at 2 modern image layouts. Crimson Road, a DCC depot layout, with loco sounds a plenty. The other is East King Street Gardens, appears to be based on the famous Edinburgh Queen Street Gardens. Look out for the Mail PCV van. We also take a brief look at some new items on the Heljan stand. More to follow in part 4...
