Coming to Scotland for a Holiday

Hi, me and my bf will be coming to scotland between 28th Aug to 6th Sept, how is the weather there usually since i really dont know what to put in the luggage for me summer = sunny + hot but u know scotland is not like that.

What tyoe of plugs are used, two pin, three pin...?

Another thing, are Euros accepted or is it better to change to GBP?

The weather will be Scottish, as it always is at that time of year. Occasionally hot and sunny, cold and windy, hot/cold and rainy with the odd chance (about 50/50) of sleet, hail and snow.

Electricity: 3 pin (square pin) plugs, 240v.

You'd be best changing your money to sterling (GBP) - very few places accept Euros as they're not the national currency.
