2 nights in scotland, couple

hi

Me and my girlfriend are celebrating our 5 year anniversary, looking at coming up to Scotland at the end of September.

wondered if anyone can recommend a few places to stop for 2 nights?

Looking for somewhere with nice scenary, fairly quiet but with a few pubs and restaurants. Maybe some touristy places to visit aswel.

maybe looking at olban, any decent hotels? not too expensive, mid range maybe.

thanks for any help.

Liam

Ulllapool on the northwest coast is scenic and has nearby hiking/touristy opportunities as well as a couple of pubs. Not a lot of choice restaurant-wise. But just eat in the pub. At the end of september you should have no trouble finding a nice B+B.
Or git yerself over ta Skye. Portree has all that.
