A few questions
Hi all,
I have some more questions about my trip to Scotland. In our trip we would like to take some ferry's: Ardrossan - Brodick Lochranza - Claonaig Mallaig - Armadale This we will do on our motorcycles (2 people 2 bikes) I already found some information about the time they leave but can not find if I need to make reservations. Does anyone know? And we are also looking for a company that arrange boattrips on Loch ness. I can't find it on the internet. Last edited by Kuikhoven; 6th March 2011 at 10:05. |

The one I can say for definite doesn't need a reservation is the one from Lochranza - it's only a short trip and the ferries are very frequent so even if it were full you would only have a short time to wait for the next one. I've never made a reservation of the Brodick ferry either but I suppose it depends what time of year you go. You can check the details on Calmac's website.

thanks, I think I will book before we go so we are sure to get on the boat. We have a schedule so we need to be on time at places so we can not miss a boat.
We are driving 2228,7KM in 3 weeks (that about 1384.8 miles) all around schotland. Can anyone tell me how teh fuell/petrol prices are now? |
