Here’s a free home workout for you guys, it’ll take less than 30mins and you dont need any equipment.

It’s 5 excercises, do 20reps of each and that one set complete. Rest for 1-2 mins then do the excercises in reverse order, again 20reps of each then rest 1-2 mins. 3rd set do in the correct order again 20 reps and thats it. Try this for one week solid and let me know what you think?!!

Push ups

burpees

v crunches

sit ups

squat jumps
im knackered just reading that

I can do the burpees okay, especially after a fast glass of coke !

I can even throw in a few fartees (nothing to do with coke though !)

I've never had v-crunchies though I had nasty crunchies with a pair of tight y's once. !

haha lachlan nice one!!
tig if u were goin to try this u can start with less reps!!!
or
both of you can come down to my gym and i'll train you so you can do this!!
first session is always free!!
