Ireland will go into the tournament as favourites after thier strong showing in the World Cup, Scotland won't be far behind. Wales and Lebanon will also be right up there despite missing the World Cup in 2008.

Scotland V Lebanon and Wales V Ireland will both be broadcast live on Sky Sports UK.

Good effort by Scotland, went down to a suprisingly strong Welsh side who with a young side are looking good for the future. Celtic Crusader's inclusion in SL has paid off player wise with some great young Welsh talent coming through.

Next year the winner of this competition gets to play in the Four Nations 2011 featuring the world's 3 top ranked teams Australia, New Zealand and England. France will also compete in the comp next year meaning the groups are.
