I'm not too bothered by the drinking because those two weren't the only ones involved but as regards the two fingers I don't have any sympathy for them at all. I support Rangers and Ferguson in particular being the Captain embarassed the club- he behaved like a petulant schoolboy. I don't want to see him playing for Rangers again and I agree with what Walter Smith has done.

That still doesn't excuse it. From all reports, McGregor had to be assisted to his room by Elvis and Barry wasn't much better. Given the importance of the Wednesday night game, was that the example to be set by Ferguson ? I don't think so.
