Sports Psychology

Hi,

I just joined this forum and thought it polite to introduce myself. I'm a sports psychologist and keen sportsman. I enjoy discussing a variety of sports and exercise methods. If anyone has any questions about sports psychology or training, feel welcome to visit the link to my website in my signature and go to the "contact" page.

Haha, I don't even follow any sport, but I say it is nice to have Joachim back, even if he does like the dreaded football game that must be eradicated from the face of the earth.

Only joking. Joa, how's things these days? Have you been doing more of the scary terrible marathon running thing?

And D_Clarke, welcome to Scotland.com. Would a sports psychologist happen to know anything about how to motivate a lazy podgy unfit mid-forties y.o. idiot like me to do anything healthy? (oops, no, not me - seeking advice for a "friend" - yes, that 's the one.

Nah, lost cause there, I fear, but welcome anyway, to all new members.
