A useful addition to match statistics such as "No. of minutes ball in play" would be a record of the number of times during any international match the English commentary team utter their mantra: "NINETEEN SIXTY SIX".

They don't need to go to the trouble of commentating on matches to bring it up. There must have been 3 or 4 references on the tv news in the last few days alone.
Still, it'll almost be worth it to see them fail miserably again and listen to the pathetic excuses Motters and co. come out with this time |
