It’s because of the self-centred tartan-tin persona, of anal retentive, misinformed sheep fondlers like you, that this country is so lost in the land of it's own national ambiguity. I think you should worry less about how your fellow countrymen are acting (with barely worn kilts) and worry more about the ridiculous and romantic perception the rest of the world has of us here in "Bonny Scotland". Because of the nonsense that was Braveheart and the continuing mission of Romance Novelists worldwide to misconstrue us as some sort of hairy and morally courageous highlanders.

Choosing the path of anti-English (Anti/, The Empire, GB, UK, Union Jack, Monarchy, 'hem doon 'hair), is in my opinion, ridiculous to the extreme. We are now(and for obviously longer than you or I can imagine) a symbiotic society, even raised as a Roman Catholic I can recognise that simple fact. The SMP’s prove my point every single day in the Posing Parliament. How much over spending and extra tax will I have to continue to pay for their stupid embryonic financial errors? Sure we can fail forward and find our own way without the help of our "Southern Aggressors", but why? What truly productive thing could it accomplish? Other than of course, to earn us some misbegotten pride! Nothing will change for us commoners, Tax and all monetary systems will remain similar, though we would probably last no more than two terms before we would be assimilated into the EU. Then where has our “FREEDOM” gone?

Our history is as plain as the nose on Pinocchio’s face; we were the teeth of The Empire. Without our instinctual and intellectual aggression The Empire would never have risen to its former spell-bounding heights.

Picking on the very few upstanding members of our community who choose with passion, to worldly follow, through thick and..well… thicker, our national team. And you’re here quibbling over a few riotous louts you’d see any night out on the town, in any city, anywhere in the world.
