Personally I think he is more trouble than he is worth. But he is a good player, though due to his temperament I doubt he would be there when you need him the most. He would probably get all worked up and end up punching someone.

No though I believe he received 5 yellows in 9 games.. you cannot deny that he loves to argue with everyone, it is just good fortune that prevented him from receiving a red card on a couple of occasions he seen red. Anyway, Strachan won’t keep him so I guess the point is moot.

He did however score 9 goals for us so I cannot fault his ability, only his temperament.

Did the SFA not meet last week to discuss the Livi/Dundee situation? I think they did but I don't remember hearing the outcome. I personally don't know if Livi did anything wrong, however the fine that the SPL imposed suggests that they did break the rules in one way or another. I don't think they can be docked points for playing an ineligible player, because Hassan Sachoul was registered to play as an amateur, it's just a case of whether they paid him money or not, in which case I think a fine was the appropriate punishment.

I don't think Dunfermline should have gotten a plastic pitch in the first place. They received a grant from UEFA to install the thing, but the irony is that if they ever qualified for the UEFA Cup they would have had to have played elsewhere because UEFA doesnt permit plastic pitches to be used in UEFA competitions. I think the SPL board should have voted on the issue before the pitch was installed, then we would have avoided all this 'drama'.

The SFA are re-investigating Livis part as Dundee keep appealing.

UEFA were the shining lights in the pilot by XL Turf. It's a hard one as the pitch is universally detested.
