Cool

What time of year is Rugby in season in Scotland?
I want to be able to attend a game when I come to visit.
Thanks, Shanda

Hello
It's an Autumn/Spring season.

Here's the homepage for the Rugby Union type of rugby. I'm afraid I don't know much about Rugby League, which I know is mostly an English sport in the UK!

I wouldn't even call it English. Northern, or north west English perhaps!

I see on a poster round here that they are pushing it. I know they have tried in the Borders, which is rugby (u) country, and Edinburgh and Glasgow. They may have some success. I tend to think that League resembles American football in some ways.

Oh yeah. Sure is. Second biggest spectator sport after football (soccer version). And a national rugby stadium that regulary hosts crowds of 67,000 for international games. Problem is that our national team isnt very good at the moment.
