I'm really frustrated that Scotland is at an all time low in the world football stage. There are so many non Scots playing in the league that young talent never gets a chance.

Ok I know that foreign players can add a bit sparkle to the game and make it more diverse, but this is getting way out of hand. I'm more intersted in country rather than club. Makes me the minority.

Hello there,

I'm with you on this one.

What is the thing with the international players that come into the lime light here.. (We definately need to give our own boys the chance to play).
Giving our own lads a shot at big time football will make us like the game a bit more. These days it has been over dominated by internationalism. Don't get me wrong, I'm not against some international players.. just not everyone.

Who wants to see a bunch of Scots playing? Give us more International player to give us a chance. Us Scot's should stick to playing only other Scot's....that's the people we stand a chance against...ourselves.

I believe that the only reason there is so many international players in the scottish league is because of Celtic and Rangers... and there desire to do well in europe... I think the only way to resolve this issue is for them to move to the premiership...

afterall it can be no fun for the rest of the teams having to go bankrupt just so they can come third...

It's interesting to note that at both the last world cup and european championships many former 'big guns' of the footballing world were beaten by countries once considered vastly inferior in the footballing world. Many people at the time thought that this is (in part) due to the proliferation of foreign players in those respective countries leagues, thus blocking the path of younger players from those countries.

If Rangers & Celtic played in England i reckon they would have to give up their place in European competition because there Scottish . Can't see Liverpool , Newcastle , Villa etc. giving up Euro cup or Uefa cup for 2 "foreign" clubs.
How do yous think old firm would honestly do down south
