anyone in here like cheerleading?
I personaly think it's fun.
but mostly for the dancing and I get to watch the games.
I was wondering if people in here think of it as a sport?
I was also wondering if cheerleading is big in scotland?

Do we have it here? sometimes at football games and I think it's a permanent fixture at claymores games, that's the American "football" team.

I take it you participate?

Na I dont think of it as a sport... sorry if thats insulting to you druid, its not meant to be ... but i think of it as dancing... very kool and cheery dancing...


and no..not big...as a matter of fact I remember years ago there being cheerleaders at a football match I was at, it was a testimonial match for one of our players who was retiring at the end of the season.... they cheered throughout the game really... gradually working there way around the stadium so that everyone had a good view...
I remember vividly the song all the fans were singing to them... and it was rather crude... he he... the poor girls were all blushing...no wonder though 70,000 fans singing what we were must have been embarresing...but they stayed and worked the whole game so well done to them...but we never did see them again...lol

thought it wasnt pom-poms...it had two T's and an I in it.. and it was definatly the bhoys whom wanted them out

guess i'll finish highschool here then. cause I love it.
i personaly think it's a sport cause in our own way we work alot harder then the football players!
yes ivan i do have nice pom poms..........they're blue white an gold
