an independant nation

hello from Canada.
i can't say i understand all the pros and cons of your upcoming decision,but my hopes are for an independent Scotland.
it just seems right,and the ancestors will be so pleased.

Only people who are living in Scotland can vote and there was a time limit set for them to have lived there.


So I guess the answer to your question is NO !

Valid point about who can and cannot vote - I live in England so cannot vote on this. As a Scotsman who is passionately opinionated about this issue, I think that is unfair.
