if a nuke is in Scotland and property of the present UK Govt, then after independance, it should go to Scotland, as the division of military items was done in the break up of the USSR......that said, though, nuking England, immoral, would also be problematic as it would affect Scotland too.......I too am no peacenik, but it may act as a deterrant, possibly and in the end, Scotland deserves their share of the military equipment that it paid for......rarely, if ever would nukes be used morally, definately not on civilian centers....
