Disguising wind turbines is really difficult, the main problem comes from the variance in the viewing angles and the changing patterns of the background over time.
One thing that should probably be taken into account is 'priority viewing angles'.
So this would be angles from holiday routes or key areas of cultural or natural heritage. in this way it would at lease give a starting 'frame' for the camouflage process.
Our firm have looked at plastic wraps printed from details images taken prior to erecting the turbine and then blurred to create a more flexible camouflage - this works upto about 8-10 meters up the mast after which you are into the sky which is a totally different animal!
