Fall

After about 3+ odd months of no rain, we are finally getting some! Usually we have quite a few soaking t-storms in Aug, with a lovely Sept followed by a windy and wet Oct. So far we have beautiful colors but no wind and very little rain. Tonight, as I was driving home from a gathering, our town's streets were wet and covered in scattered yellow leaves! Very pretty!

I know folks believe that Oregon is always wet, it's always raining and we don't tan, we rust, but that's a very small part of the state. We don't get that kind of rain, but we do get enough to measure at least a bit each month. It's been since the end of June since we had any.

It's finally looking like it should out there!

Ah, you mean "autumn" "Fall" is something we do when we leave the pub.....

Yes, but here that kind of fall is with a lower case f!

i nearly had a fall tonight watching Scotland attempt to play football

luckily i was £20 lighter due to me betting on them that i never actually hit the ground...ooft
