Spotting the Puffin's

So you see, my missus enjoys the odd fag or two. We're planning to come to Scotland next summer and I don't have the heart to tell her that smoking has gone from being one of our favourite national hobbies to now being worse than being caught singing in your sleep "And did those feet in ancient times step upon England's...." etc etc.

So is there anywhere in Scotland you can light up without getting your collar felt ?

Not in restaurants
Not in hotels
Not in Pubs
In the street ?
In a field ?
On top of the Glenfinnan monument ?

You can do it pretty much anywhere that's not a public building, public transport, a three (or more) sided shelter or a workplace.....though, if you insist in doing it, please show some courtesy to the person who is standing downwind of you and move downwind of them.

you basically cant do it indoors...unless a house or hotel room.

other than that it makes no difference at all.
