Smile Cafe's between Grangemouth and Linlithgow

Wasn't sure where to post this so might move it later.

What I am looking for is a good cafe to have a breakfast between Grangemouth and
Linlithgow (not too far from the motorway)on a Sunday.

It needs to cater for vegetarians, gluten free eaters and the bacon and egg brigade.

Must also be disabled friendly as a wheelchair/zimmer frame will be used, also parking closeby.

Anyone got any recommendations ?

There a good number of cafes in Linlithgow though I can't really recommend any as the cafe I use home

Try:

So Strawberry Cafe which is right at The Cross (and only a few yards from the Vennel car park)

Cafe La Ronda in the High St

Brodies of Linlithgow - also in the High St and only opening its door for the first time tomorrow.

The Coffee Neuk (opposite So Strawberry)

(btw, you can often get parking on the High St at weekends)

Thanks Scotsgait, I will pass them on to my parents as they are up there a week on Sunday.

Yay! Babz, I cannot help with cafés, so I am very glad that Scotsgait did, but I am interfering here without helping just to ask you to pass on my regards to your parents, esp. Marhar.

I hope everyone has a great time, although it will be a bit rainy. Just a wee tiny bit damp.

Back now and it was a very good week, only a lot of rain on Wednesday (the day we planned to do nothing !!)

Mum and dad seemed to enjoy themselves especially when being driven all over the place

In the end we didn't eat in Falkirk as the night spent in the Travelodge there was not very good
at all.

Firstly the rooms were booked in January so you would have thought that an early booking
would mean the rooms were next to each other or on the same floor....NO they were on different
floors...not good enough !!!
One on the top floor and one below that !!!

Also when anyone in the whole hotel went to the Loo the noise from the cisterns filling up was
like a high pitched humming which went on for a few minutes(a few complained about this in the morning)

You can imagine what it was like with a full hotel !!

I think a written complaint will be going in by dad as he was the one who booked the rooms(both disabled)
If there is only one disabled room per floor dad wants to know why he was not informed as a booking
for 2 by the same person should ahve made them realise that they needed to be close by to help
each other !!

Will pass on your regards to dad tomorrow Cel x
