Hi folks,

could anybody tell me anything about common ancient Scottish supersitions and ghost stories? Could you recommend any book? I just want to know because I'm curious to know what of the abudant horror-stories (the white maiden washing bloodstained clothes on the riverside etc.) my forefathers told me originally came from Scotland.

Please be reassured that I don't want to make anyone come back to live after having slept about 400 years :=).
