Hi and welcome to Scotland.com.Most people in Scotland today are christian.The majority of these are protestants but there is a large catholic community.There are also a small number of Hindus,Sikhs and Muslims.In the middle ages when Bruce and Wallace were alive Scotland was,like the rest of Europe,a catholic nation. |

It's nice that you consider us Catholics Christians. I believe the big protestant sects are the Church of Scotland and the Anglican Church. My gggg-grandfather was from the Seder Presbyterian Church and that was circa 1725.
