Philosopy Board - Should we have one?

How about instead of "I think, therefore I am", to "I experience, therefore I am."

hmm that interesting, but surely all experiances are, are signals sent to our brain. Technically these signals could come from anywhere, although it is more than probable the they come from stuff actually being there.

Do you think it's sometimes necessary to have experienced who you are not in order to know who you really are?
Decissions made early in life seemed to be right at the time, only to find out later in life that the decission really wasn't who you are or who you are about. Or is it a chicken/egg thing.
(I'm not writing about things like I need to be a drug addict in order to know that's not me. Or I need to do harm to myself or others in order to know that's not me.)

I don't know if this thread has passed from the realm of existence, but I think a philosophy board would be well used. I could definitely stand to get me thinkin' juices a flowin' again!!! So, let her roll!!!! Bari

I think the idea of a philosophy board has been shelved,much to my disappointment as I feel that it would have been an improvement to this forum.However there were insufficient members who supported the idea.
