Aussies and Religion

Hi,

The other day I was talking to a vicar. I asked him about the Church of England, and how many criminals (convicts) were sent to Australia as punishment for comitting criminal offences.
He said to me, "In the beginning god created hell. But it wasn't hot enough, so he created Australia, and he added flies." he continued...

..."These "criminals" only stole a piece of bread, and they were sent to the sub-hell hell-hole that is Australia. People are products of their enviroments, so it wasn't long until these people became the people we now know to be Australians."

g'day again I know only too well what aussie's are like for there drink I see it every day!would be nice to see a serious side to them instead fo just the NORM side yukkie (( Im sure you know who MORM is )) Life can be so much fun even with a serious side to it you should try it :-)
