Omnipotence

ME again guys,

Is God omnipotent? Can he create something that cannot be moved? If so can He move it?

Talking Before Genesis

Tony Banks met Peter Gabriel; Mike Rutherford met Anthony Phillips. Out of these teenage friendships and songwriting partnerships a band called Genesis emerged. In 1967, at the height of the psychedelic boom, they began recording together with the man who thought up their name, producer and pop star in waiting Jonathan King.

& The nightmare of Phil Collins was unleashed on the world

HTH

I suppose that is the question of whether or not God is a necessary product of consciousness. I.e. There is a level of complexity in the brain that produces an aware ness of self, as that complexity of the human brain (the most complex thing known to man with more tham 600 million synapses)increased it it needed a comparison to itselfto maintain a personal identity) that of the perfect being, God.

Well, it's a thought.

gordoncowie/pre-genesis

you asked a good question. one might say that god lives in our hearts. that is at least a good place to start looking. however, isnt it the holy spirit, who is a part of god that lives in our heart. jesus said that he would not leave us orphans that the comforter would come, yet when cain and abel brought their sacrafices to god, abel brought a lamb which god found acceptable. was this symbolism of the sacrafice of the lord jesus to come. what testifed to abel that his sacrafice was just. some were in the bible it says that god has 7 spirits. revelations is one place it mentions it. seven represents completeness. so in chasing myself around in circles on this question, if god does indeed have 7 spirits, is god as one being ever found anywhere in completeness other than in heaven.
