Hello all,
Why did people think that Jesus was the expected prophet to come after Moses. And he will be coming with new rules. Can someone challenge me in this? Where did it say that it was Jesus for sure? Regards, TheMuslim |

I won't challenge you. I'm not good at quoting from the Bible. I can't even tell you where to find it, except it's in the New Testament. It states somewhere that Jesus or our Savior will come again. That will be what is referred to as "Judgement Day." No new set of rules.

TheMuslim,
Jesus is not a prophet, He's God who came among us to save us. Have you ever read the Gospel? Who did on earth the same things that Jesus has done? Who said what He has said? Jesus yesterday, today, forever... |

If you want to read the bible to try and demonstrate that islam is correct try leading the last few verses of the bible (revelation) where it tells you that anyone who changes or adds to the bible will suffer the plagues and floods described in the book. It seems silly to me to try and pick and choose from the bible to try and prove your point. regards, Dog |

Ok all of you,
What I want you to do, is take your bibles and take a look at this site, try to find mistakes if there are any. At the end of all this, you will find that Jesus was not Crucified, don't take my words for it. It all the four Gospels it says soo, but people are brainwashed. So take a look at this: http://home2.swipnet.se/~w-20479/Crucify.htm Good luck for finding mistakes |

Muslim, I went to that site you posted and once again, this is a "human's" interpretation of what is written in the Bible. I for one don't have a clue if these words were actually spoken by Jesus. Since the Bible was written 30 years after his death, who knows what he said. I have never taken the Bible literally.
My "personal" belief is that the Bible was used as a tool to control the masses. How else did the Church control the people? Not unless you don't believe the Church did that too. ------------------ Gaol, Dilseachd, Cairdeas |
