Paganism in Scotland
Dear friends,
I am Greek and I want to know about the paganism in Scotland. I saw the films "The Wicker Man" (the old one-1973, and the new one-2006) and I have a question: The island where the movie played, exist? And in this island the people are pagan until now? My Blog is: neoplatonikos |

It was a work of fiction - paganism in Scotland is no more common than anywhere else in the UK.

I think he means "Summer Isle" as I recall from the film. It's not a real place, but it was based on the Hebrides. The paganism in the film was based on badly written books from the 1960's on things like witchcraft, Druids, and Celtic folklore.
