I was hoping to find someone who knew if there are any Lutheran Churches in Scotland. I read in an earlier post that their were lots of Protestants in Scotland. Can any one help me out?

There are Lutherans in Scotland

There are at least two churches, one which meets in Edinburgh, approximately monthly, and one that meets every Sunday -St Columba Lutheran Church, at 151 Westwood Hill, Westwood, East Kilbride, G75 8QA. Service as per new LSB Divine Setting 3 starts at 11. Communion/Sacrament of the Lord's Supper on the first Sun of month. Please phone church on 01355-239608 for further details. The church is 10-15 minute walk from Hairmyres railway station which is on the line from Glasgow Central.
Revd Dr David McNally, Pastor.

Well, the short answer is no.

Lutherans tend to be found in Germany/Scandinavia, and the only one I know of, is an occasional German language service which gets held in several places in Scotland. The same Pastor has to serve everywhere from Aberdeen to Newcastle.

Lutheranism is one denomination which hasn't really caught on here...
