Like the pseudo-intellectuals who do little (or no) research then throw in a meaningless, out-of-context number which shows nothing either way. Of course, the little sarcastic comment at the end is really good to fool the true intellectuals - how on Earth could they not fall for that? :/

The fact that a couple of thousand people attend church on any given Sunday sounds impressive until you realise that we're talking about a country where 50% of the population don't accept evolution is a reality. A country where they spent 20 million Dollars to build a theme park called the creationist "museum" complete with dinosaurs mounted with saddles that actively encourages people to believe evolution is false. You have millions of people in the US that are brainwashed from a young age to unquestionigly accept the literal truth of the bible and while a lot of Americans take a perverse pride in that fact it's actually an example of just how backward the US is in many respects.
