In biblical terminology, often Egypt represents sin, bondage to sin, or worldliness.

Revelation 11:8 says that Jesus was crucified in Sodom and Egypt; meaning Jesus was crucified for the sins of the world.

Paul also blame the death of Christ on spiritual ignorance on those who took part in it (2 Cor. 2:8).

Therefore it is wrong to solely blame the Jews for killing Jesus. Anti-semitism has no place in biblical theology.
