Even although your sentence ended with a question mark it does not sound like much of a question... to be honest you have not really been a part of this discussion... and we were discussing Pagans...not the Celtic and I also get the feeling that you have far more knowledge on these subjects than your letting on... though if you believe already that the term Celtic is only used in present day for commercial profit... why ask these questions?

To be honest I think your splitting hairs... we have tried to explain to you what we believe about pagans and thier nature based religions.. but I refuse to sit here and be led down some misbegotten path to helping you prove/disprove something that you obviously already have opinions on...

And to be honest..I am aware of us being grouped with the Irish.. in more ways than this "Commercial profit" you refer too.. As many Scots and Irish families have moved back and forth between the two countries over the past 600 years or more...but I am in the dark as to when we are/were linked with the Welsh..other than also having been an conquered country that is.... and you will also find that all these countries speak gaelic... though they are not the same language... though I am sure it is presented so, so that they can make more commercial profit...

So I am afraid it is my turn to not understand what your talking about...

Hummm, Talon, I re-read my response and it seems like a question to me...

Is there hostility in your "voice"? I think I "hear" hostility there. Why so?

Because the responses to the query read like dictionary extractions, I am unsure if your response is what you think or just people being helpful by posting dictionary or Encylpdia exmpls.

I wrote a big reply and when I went to send it there I lost it....

so I will just say this...

I am not angry... I just dislike deceitful people... dissapointed is what I am.

and if you were just a person looking for answers...what difference does the source of knowledge make?

but instead you are someone with preconceptions and opinions already fully intact which is great..if your upfront about what you want...but to let people answer then pick holes...its just...rude

I am sure you already are equipped with all the knowledge on these subjects you need... far more than i have..i am sure... so I will leave you to your own self affirming reality

well well well...

I have not called you any names.. unless dissappointing or rude are names?...

it did not take you long to go from debate to threats...and i may very well be ranting..but at least when i answer you i try to pick up on the points your making...you just blindly ignore everything you dont know how to answer...or cant be bothered too...what about the 3 other people who have answered your questions properly... scottish_republic.. mamie(twice) and mistress... do you have any plans to reply to them...or even thank them for thier input... or do you just plan to annoy only me with yer drivel

and if that was a threat I remain unimpressed..

Talon,

This is name calling:

>>I just dislike deceitful people<<

You are calling me deceitful in that line.

I made no threat whatsoever. I believe I said you should be very careful who you call names, or something quite similar -- I don't have that post right in front of me. You should be careful. That egg you're trying to throw just might land on you. Nothing in my posts EVER threaten. So, I'm thinking you are the one who's trying to bait here.

You know, you're right. I haven't thanked anyone. Excuse my rudeness.

Thank you Talon, and thank everyone else.

I hope more people will respond but it seems as if my queries are not so interesting to others.

You did call me at least one name, Talon. And I NEVER threatened you. I've NEVER threatened any others either. I could have attached you for your rude remarks but I see no point. You don't know me. You are responding from a point of ignorance. For what reason you've choosen to do that is not important. You've made a mistake, and that happens.

No biggy...too bad we can't have a nice conversation. Happens sometimes, I suppose...and you should be unimpressed. I'm not here to try to impress anyone. Just wondering is all.

well yes now that you explain it to me like that... your right I am completly in the wrong...you said nor did anything wrong it is all my fault... you did not come on and ask us if we liked to be known as celts then accuse us of milking it for commercial profit...

thankyou for helping me to sort it out in my head..
